Orange Cream-Cheese Frosting
What you need:
8 ounces cream chees, softened
4 tablespoons margarine, softened
1 cup confectioners' sugar
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon grated orange rind
What you do with it:
1. Put the cream chees and margarine into a medium-size mixing bowl.
2. Cream them together until they are soft and fluffy by rubbing them against the side of the bowl with the back of a spoon.
3. Beat in the confectioners' sugar until everything is well mixed together. Beat in the vanilla and the orange rind.
Fills and frosts a 9-inch Layer Cake
