Serves for four
What you need:
1 pound ground beef
4 hamburger buns, split in half
4 slices American cheese or mozzarella cheese
What you do with it:
1. Shape and cook the hamburger patties, following the directions (click this), except leave out the catsup.
2. Place each cooked patty on a bun, then top with a slice of cheese. Close the bun.
3. Wrap each cheeseburger in aluminium foil. Place in a clean skillet over medium heat and cook for 5 minutes or until the cheese melts.
To microwave: Follow the instructions above. When the patties are done, top each one with a slice of cheese and let stand it minute or so until the cheese is melted. Place each patty on a bun.
**That should be a nyam nyam, slurrrrrp!
